This website is hosted on Cargo. Images and videos are also delivered through Cargo’s infrastructure.
When you visit the website, technical information may be processed, including your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and files, access times and technical error information.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its security and investigate technical problems. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website.
Cargo and its infrastructure providers may receive this information as part of providing their services. Cargo’s processing on my behalf is governed by its Data Processing Agreement.

3. Contact form and email enquiries
If you contact me through the Cargo contact form or by email, I process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, project details and message.
I use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential projects and manage the resulting correspondence.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a potential or existing contract. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in responding to communications.

5. Analytics, advertising and newsletters
I have not installed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other additional advertising or audience-tracking tools on this website. There is currently no newsletter subscription service.
This does not exclude technical processing carried out by Cargo to host and operate the website.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Cargo may use cookies or similar technologies to provide website functions and maintain security.
Where storing information on your device or accessing information already stored there is strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly request, this may take place under Section 25(2) TDDDG.
Where consent is required for a technology, it must be obtained before that technology is used. Related processing of personal data is subject to a separate legal basis under the GDPR.
7. How long is data kept?
Enquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to respond, manage the correspondence and pursue any resulting project.
Information is then deleted unless continued retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where correspondence becomes part of contractual, accounting or tax records, applicable statutory retention periods apply.
Technical data processed by hosting and email providers is subject to the retention arrangements applicable to those services.
8. Who receives your data?
Personal data may be received by the hosting, content-delivery and email providers described above, to the extent necessary for their services.
Where necessary, information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities to comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.

To exercise your rights, contact hello@fishcanfly.agency.
You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. The authority in Berlin is:
